Regarding the implementation of the Information Security Management System at CV. Transkomunika Kencana, we hereby inform all guests and personnel of interested parties that by agreeing to these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that you have read and consent to the following:

1. Guests or personnel of interested parties entering the work area of CV. Transkomunika Kencana shall not disclose any of the company's confidential information.

2. Guests or personnel of interested parties are prohibited from entering the work area of CV. Transkomunika Kencana without being accompanied by authorized personnel.

3. Guests or personnel of interested parties are required to deposit any communication devices with cameras, pocket cameras, and other recording devices at the reception desk. Should the use of recording equipment be necessary, prior authorization from the management must be obtained. Any recording activities must be supervised by personnel of CV. Transkomunika Kencana.

4. Guests or personnel of interested parties consent to the inspection of their belongings upon entering and leaving the premises of CV. Transkomunika Kencana.

5. Guests or personnel of interested parties are prohibited from disclosing to any third party the specifications of goods/services supplied for the needs of CV. Transkomunika Kencana.

6. Guests or personnel of interested parties are prohibited from disclosing to any third party the details of goods/services, including the quantity and nominal value of projects/purchase orders of CV. Transkomunika Kencana.

7. Guests or personnel of interested parties are prohibited from disseminating the legal documents of CV. Transkomunika Kencana to any party outside the scope of our transactional interests with CV. Transkomunika Kencana.

Sehubungan dengan penerapan Sistem Manajemen Keamanan Informasi di CV. Transkomunika Kencana, maka kami informasikan kepada para tamu atau personel dari pihak berkepentingan bahwa dengan menyetujui syarat & ketentuan ini, berarti tamu atau personel dari pihak berkepentingan telah membaca dan menyetujui bahwa;

1. Tamu atau personel dari pihak berkepentingan yang memasuki area kerja CV. Transkomunika Kencana tidak akan membocorkan informasi rahasia perusahaan apa pun.
2. Tamu atau personel dari pihak berkepentingan dilarang memasuki area kerja CV. Transkomunika Kencana tanpa ada yang mendampingi.
3. Tamu atau personel dari pihak berkepentingan wajib menitipkan peralatan komunikasi yang berkamera, kamera saku, alat perekam lainnya di resepsionis. Apabila diperlukan memakai peralatan merekam, maka harus mendapatkan izin dari pihak manajemen. Setiap kegiatan perekaman didampingi oleh personel CV. Transkomunika Kencana.
4. Tamu atau personel dari pihak berkepentingan bersedia diperiksa barang bawaannya ketika memasuki dan meninggalkan area CV. Transkomunika Kencana.
5. Tamu atau personel dari pihak berkepentingan dilarang membocorkan kepada pihak manapun perihal spesifikasi barang/jasa yang disuplai untuk kebutuhan CV. Transkomunika Kencana.
6. Tamu atau personel dari pihak berkepentingan dilarang membocorkan kepada pihak manapun perihal detail barang/jasa, kuantitas maupun nominal nilai proyek/purchase order CV. Transkomunika Kencana.
7. Tamu atau personel dari pihak berkepentingan dilarang menyebarluaskan data legalitas CV. Transkomunika Kencana kepada pihak mana pun di luar kepentingan transaksi kami dengan CV. Transkomunika Kencana.
